The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • BookLogix is committed to protecting your privacy. 
    This Privacy Policy explains how BookLogix handles your personal information when you make 
    a purchase from us or use our publishing/printing services. 
    This policy does not apply to companies/services not owned or operated by BookLogix Publishing Services. 

    Personal information includes your name, address, e-mail address, 
    phone number and payment information (credit card, etc.), and information that is not in the public domain. 

    Information Collection 
    BookLogix may collect your personal information: 
    - When you shop or purchase one of our products through BookLogix’s Online Bookstore.
    - When you request a quote for publishing and/or printing your manuscript through BookLogix.
    - When you use BookLogix’s publishing or printing services. BookLogix may combine the information
    we have from you with the information our business/publishing partners have from you in order 
    to provide the services you have requested from us. 

    Uses
    BookLogix uses your information for these purposes: 
    - To fulfill your product order or request for services. For a product order, we collect: the products that you 
    order, your name, shipping address, e-mail address, phone number, and preferred shipping method. 
    This information is used to fill the order and ship it to you. 
    We will have to provide your name and address to our shipping partner(s) but they will not use your information 
    for any purpose other than to get your order to you. We will also ask for your payment information and billing address. 
    Payment information transmitted over the internet is protected with secure socket layer (SSL) technology. 
    - To communicate with you about your order/request. 
    A customer service representative employed by BookLogix may use the contact information you 
    provided to contact you about an order you placed or quote you requested if we need more 
    information from you or want to notify you about an issue with the order/product. 
    - To improve the use of our online Bookstore and improve the services we offer to authors.

    Information Sharing
    BookLogix will not share your personal information with any people or companies that are not part of BookLogix. 
    We may share your information with:
    - Partner Vendors: We may provide information including your name, e-mail address, and manuscript to 
    Booklogix’s publishing partners. When you consent to use services from BookLogix including editing, 
    page design, video services, author consultation, you are agreeing to have your information shared with one of our trusted partners. 
    These partners will not share your information with any entity other than BookLogix, and will only use your information for the purpose 
    of providing you with the service(s) you have requested. 

    Cookies
    A cookie is a piece of text stored by a user’s web browser. 
    BookLogix may set or access cookies stored on your computer for shopping cart contents, to store your site preferences, 
    or as an identifier when using our website. You have the ability to delete cookies at any time in your web browser, 
    following the browser’s instructions. If you reject cookies from BookLogix we may not be able to properly process your order. 

    Opt-out/ Preferences
    If you do not wish to receive communication from BookLogix, you may opt-out by replying to an e-mail message 
    with the word “Unsubscribe.” Or you may contact us directly at the address/phone number at the end of this policy. 

    Protecting Your Privacy
    BookLogix uses electronic and physical methods to safeguard your personal information. 
    BookLogix also limits the sharing of your personal information to only those employees deemed necessary 
    to process/complete your order.

    Changes/additions to this Privacy Policy may be made as needed by BookLogix.

  • Return Policy

  • Returning Books:

    BookLogix will gladly accept the return of books in their original condition (unused) within 30 days of delivery.  If the return is the result of our error, or if a book is damaged during shipping, BookLogix will cover the cost of sending the item back. Returns must contain the original packing slip. Before sending a return please call us at 770-346-9979 or email CustomerService@booklogix.com

     

    Returning eBooks:

    eBooks purchased from Booklogix are eligible for return if we receive your request within 7 days of purchase. If you have a problem with an eBook or would like to return it, please call BookLogix at 770-346-9979 or email us at CustomerService@booklogix.com 

     

    Getting Your Refund:

    Your refund will be issued to you in the form of your original payment (i.e.: Purchase made with credit card will be credited to the credit card used to make the purchase). You will receive the refund within 30 days of sending the item back to BookLogix.

    Before reutrning an item, please call 770-346-9979 Monday-Friday between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., so that we may accurately process your return request. Thank you.
