The book is 24 short stories that are easy reading,
factual, informative, fun, and entertaining! Not just
about furred and feathered wildlife, the book also
includes true woodland stories from facts and personal
experience about dogs, cats, Lyme disease, and
“The Boss.”
The author is a Certified Wildlife Biologist who spent
part of a 30 year career with Georgia DNR Wildlife
Resources Division answering questions and providing
information on wildlife to the general public. Some of
these encounters were quite amusing! The information
is universal to the Appalachian Mountains, eastern half
of the United States and beyond.
