Budyko’s Blanket

Description

A government agent becomes aware of a secret climate control program called Budyko’s Blanket that top agencies are attempting to keep quiet through murder when necessary. After he objects, what follows is a series of attempts on his own life as he travels from the US to Puerto Rico, to France, and then Canada to elude those agents and mercenaries sent to eliminate him.
