From Julia, With Love

Julia M. Hartfield is a retired educator from the LaVernia Independent School district in LaVernia, Texas and a retired 
businesswoman of a successful child development center in LaVernia that she co-owned with her late husband, David 
Hartfield, Jr., for 18 years. Mrs. Hartfield is committed to humanitarian service by working to improve the lives of 
others. Out of a passion for writing, Julia began crafting poems in high school and has a collection of several hundred 
poems for people of all ages.
