Inkblots and Unfinished Thoughts

Description

Led by seniors Brantley Jenkins and Saahithya Gutta, the members of the South Forsyth High School Creative Writing Club have poured their heart and soul into this anthology of short stories and poems.

Throughout the year, club members have been writing and compiling their works into this anthology. Together, they created Inkblots and Unfinished Thoughts, an exploration into time, hope, sense, mirrors, and the duality of the seven sins. Every student took their own interpretation of these prompts and made them come to life through their writing. Afterwards each piece went on its own journey through the club, as members peer edited to end up with the thirty-six polished works in this collection. Introspective poetry, fantastical stories, and emotional moments make up the pages these students have worked so hard on, and together they reflect what collaborative, student-led creative writing can truly be.
